In-house training is for your team only, at your offices or online, on the date that works for you. It is the right choice whenever several people need to build the same skills on the same use cases.

In an open session, your colleagues join the next scheduled cohort alongside participants from other companies. It is the right choice for one or two people.

We start with a scoping call to identify your team's use cases and starting level. The program is then adjusted to the tools you use and the situations your people actually face.

The training is 100% hands-on: exercises are built from your own use cases, and everyone leaves with methods, templates and automations they can reuse the very next day.

Sessions are led live by a trainer, at your offices or in a virtual classroom.

Every course is quoted individually, after a first 15-minute phone call with no commitment.

Open sessions are priced per participant. For in-house or custom training, the quote depends on the number of people, the length of the session and the format (at your offices or online).

The quote comes with the detailed program and the training agreement: the three documents your OPCO (French joint training fund) needs.

In most cases, yes. Our training is delivered by a registered, Qualiopi-certified provider (Qualiopi is the French quality certification for training providers), which makes it eligible for your company's training plan and for full or partial funding by your OPCO (the French joint training fund), depending on your company, the program you choose and your OPCO's criteria.

We send you everything the application needs (program, quote, training agreement) within 48 hours and help you through the process.

The final decision rests with your OPCO, so file the request a few weeks before the session date.

Qualiopi certifies the quality of the training provider, not the level of the participant. Our training is delivered by COLANA FORMATION, a Qualiopi-certified provider in the "Training activities" category (see the legal notice). This certification is what makes our training eligible for OPCO funding.

At the end of the training, every participant receives a certificate of attendance and a certificate of completion, sent to the employer or the funding body when needed.

To date, our training does not lead to a professional certification registered with the RNCP or the Répertoire spécifique (the French national registers of professional certifications), and is therefore not eligible for the CPF (the French personal training account).

No technical background is required, and nobody writes code.

The training is for any professional who wants to bring generative AI into their daily work: employees, managers, sales and marketing teams, consultants, freelancers, founders, executives and leadership teams. Being comfortable with a computer and standard office tools is enough.

The program is adjusted to the participants: complete beginner or occasional ChatGPT user, everyone works on their own use cases.

Level 1 (AI Foundations) and Level 2 (Advanced AI) run 1 to 2 days depending on the format. The custom "Train your team" program runs 2 days.

Sessions are led live, in small groups of 3 to 8 participants, so the trainer can give individual feedback on each project.

Before the session, preparation videos (about 6 hours) get everyone ready to practice from the first minute.

The real tools, with real accounts.

Level 1 uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity to produce, research and analyze faster. Level 2 adds n8n, Make and Airtable to automate recurring tasks and build your first AI agents without code. Mistral is also part of the toolkit.

For in-house training, the selection is adapted to the tools you already use. The required access is listed in the program prerequisites.

After Level 1, your team can write prompts that get reliable results, pick the right AI tool for each need, produce professional-grade content and save time on recurring tasks: email triage, meeting minutes, expense reports, reporting, sales proposals.

After Level 2, they automate those tasks and build their first AI agents, no code required.

Either way, they leave with their own automations, ready to use the next day.

Signing up starts with a callback request or a 15 to 30-minute phone call to confirm your goals, the format and the funding.

Expect 2 to 4 weeks between signing the quote (or the funding approval) and the start of the training. Open sessions are scheduled regularly: contact us for the next date.
